IndemnificationYou, the user, agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stewart Title Latin America from and against any and all claims, direct, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, losses, liabilities and all costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees arising directly or indirectly from your violation of this User Agreement or any third party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right, and invasion of any privacy rights.
General ProvisionsAny provision of this User Agreement that is prohibited by law, or is unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition, without invalidating the remaining provisions of this User Agreement. This User Agreement and all matters relating to the use of and access to this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Costa Rica. Any claim arising out of this User Agreement or use of and access to this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Costa Rica. You irrevocably consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these aforementioned courts. No failure of Stewart Title Latin America to insist upon strict performance of the terms or conditions of this User Agreement or as otherwise set forth on the Website or as required by Stewart Title Latin America ("terms and conditions") and no failure of Stewart Title Latin America to exercise any right or remedy available upon any breach of said terms or conditions shall constitute a waiver of any such breach or of any of such terms or conditions.

ESTA RENUNCIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD ES VÁLIDA AUN CUANDO STEWART TITLE LATIN AMERICA HAYA SIDO NOTIFICADO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS.
STEWART TITLE LATIN AMERICA NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE POR EL MAL USO DE LA INFORMACIÓN PUBLICADA EN EL SITIO, NI POR EL MAL USO O INDEBIDA APROPIACION DE LAS CÓDIGOS DE INGRESO DESIGNADOS O POR LA POSIBILIDAD DEL ACCESO ILEGAL AL SITIO O A LOS REPORTES GENERADOS EN CONSECUENCIA.
INDEMNIZACIÓN.
USTED, EL USUARIO, SE OBLIGA A DEFENDER E INDEMNIZAR COMPLETAMENTE A STEWART TITLE LATIN AMERICA DE Y CONTRA CUALQUIER DEMANDA, PLEITO O LITIGIO, SEA DIRECTO, INDIRECTO POR CUALQUIER DAÑO O PERJUICIO DIRECTO O INDIRECTO, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LOS GASTOS Y COSTAS DEL JUICIO Y LOS HONORARIOS PROFESIONALES DEVENGADOS, QUE SEAN GENERADOS DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE POR UNA VIOLACIÓN SUYA DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO O DE LOS DERECHOS DE TERCEROS, INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA VIOLACIÓN DE DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL, DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD O DERECHOS A LA PRIVACIDAD.
CONDICIONES GENERALES.
LA DECLARACION DE NULIDAD DE CUALQUIER CLÁUSULA O DISPOSICIÓN DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO, NO SUPONE LA NULIDAD DE LA TOTALIDAD DEL MISMO, POR ENDE EL MISMO SEGUIRÁ SIENDO VÁLIDO.
LA INTEPRETACIÓN DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO SE SUJETARÁ A LAS LEYES DE LA REPUBLICA DE COSTA RICA CUALQUIER LITIGIO QUE SURJA DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO Y DEL USO Y ACCESO AL SITIO SE SOMETE A LOS TRIBUNALES FEDERALES CON SEDE EN EL DISTRITO FEDERAL. USTED RENUNCIA A CUALQUIER OTRA JURISDICCIÓN QUE PUDIERA TENER JURISDICCIÓN O COMPETENCIA SOBRE LA MATERIA.
NINGUNA OMISIÓN POR PARTE DE STEWART TITLE LATIN AMERICA EN EXIGIR EL ESTRICTO CUMPLIMIENTO DE LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DEL PRESENTE CONTRATO ("TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES") NI LA OMISIÓN DE INICIAR O MANTENER CUALQUIER ACCIÓN LEGAL, SEA JUDICIAL O EXTRAJUDICIAL, POR EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DEL MISMO, SE CONSIDERAN UNA RENUNCIA A TALES DERECHOS.
LA INFORMACIÓN DE LOS USUARIOS CONTENIDA EN EL SITIO DE STEWART TITLE LATIN AMERICA ESTÁ SUJETA A NUESTRA POLITICA DE PRIVACIDAD.
STEWART Y STEWART.COM SON MARCAS REGISTRADAS, PROPIEDAD DE STEWART TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY.
